Chronological overview of the changes made to the platform in the last weeks.

CONSULTANCY – projects (new): support for creating invoices directly from the projects journal.

INSURANCE – policies (update): export to Excel extended with the policyholder’s bank account number.
CREDIT – OperCredits (new): API link with OperCredits for withdrawing credit requests entered in OperCredits.

FINANCIAL – purchase invoices (new): possibility to register purchase invoices including the physical document.
CRM – messages (new): support for uploading PDF documents directly to the messages.
CREDIT / INSURANCE – current account (update): additional checks to prevent manual transactions on the intermediaries’ current account from being amended or deleted if they are already included in a statement.
CONSULTANCY – projects (new): possibility to add services to a consultancy project and directly generate a quotation from there.
REST API – documents (new): extension of the REST API to upload documents linked to any entity within WAVEDESK.
INSURANCE – Twikey payments (update): improvements in the transaction operation when processing Twikey direct debits
INSURANCE – Nucleus (new): support for importing proposals to companies.
INSURANCE – SwissLife (update): improvements to the display of the proposal list, addition of date + correction of the filtering.
FINANCIAL – invoicing (new): release of the new invoicing module.
IOS app (new): basic version of the iOS app is scheduled for release on 31/03.
ANDROID app (new): basic version of the Android app is scheduled for release on Monday 29/03.

REST API – attachments (new): extension of the REST API to support attachments (upload and download) depending on the mobile applications.
BRIDGE – statistics products (new): additional statistics to easily draw up a history per customer and / or product during a certain period.
CREDIT – basic files (new): addition of a new basic file for the management of housing statuses.
REST API – policies (update): extension of the REST API for requesting modified attachments with the addition of first monthly premium paid and sepa active.
CRM – journal images (update): improvement in the display of the preview of the image in the journal.
FINANCIAL – quotations (new): possibility to link images to quotations via the journal.
PORTAL – Swisslife proposals (new): display of the intermediary information (surname, first name, company name) + searchable.
FINANCIAL – quotations (update): improvement when forwarding the quotation: the quotation lines have been removed from the editor.
PROJECT – project file (update): improvement of the task registrations for check-in at work and site notification when changing phases within a project.
COACHING – projects (new): support for companies as a coaching client.
PROJECT – dashboard (update): new formula for calculating the month to which the project should be assigned for the graphs.
INSURANCE – acquisition (new): possibility to indicate at policy level whether the acquisition commission has been received and the amount of acquisition.
REST API – extensions (new): large number of extensions to the REST API to support external partners who wish to connect + support for the mobile WAVEDESK application for IOS and Android.
REST API – insurance policies (update): extension of the calls that can be made by external parties to request the details of policies.
PROJECTS – dashboard (update): adaptation to the graph total amount of projects per month.
FINANCIAL – Exact Online (update): improvement in the forwarding of sales invoices to Exact Online.
INSURANCE – policies (new): additional filter to filter the list of policies by grouping.
INSURANCE / CREDIT – intermediaries file (update): improvement in the display of the intermediary file according to the active modules in your environment.
INSURANCE – SwissLife (update): Improvement in the processing of proposals requested by agents without an agent number, proposal was not automatically assigned to the controller but to the agent himself.
INSURANCE – policy list (new): additional export of the creation date to Excel.
CRM – basic tables (new): basic table for managing the categories of graduated prices.
CREDIT / INSURANCE – intermediaries (update): improved display of the pop-up menu in the list of intermediaries according to the active modules, certain menu options were visible even though modules are not active.
CONSULTANCY – intermediaries (new): extension of the intermediaries file with the hourly rate of the intermediary.
CREDIT – statement (new): possibility to send a notification to the intermediaries that a new statement is available within the portal by using a template.
INSURANCE – arrears list (update): additional filter options to filter the list by the number of months arrears and this per intermediary and per policy.
PORTAL – agents (new): additional functionalities for intermediaries acting as agents: possibility to consult dashboard, backlog lists and list of 18-year-olds.
FINANCIAL – quotations (new): if the parameter to include the technical sheets in the quotation is active, they will now be included in the list of annexes.
PLATFORM – parameters (new): additional parameter to indicate whether the platform should include the technical sheets in the proposal of the e-mail for the articles included in the quotation when sending a quotation.
INSURANCE – arrears lists (new): possibility to send the arrears lists in batch to the intermediaries.
PLATFORM – menu (new): additional menu structure for consultancy activities.
CREDIT – mail template (new): additional mail template for notifying intermediaries that a new docket is available in the portal.
COACHING – projects (bug fix): possible error when searching the list of projects.
COACHING – projects (new): support for images in the journal of the coaching projects.
COACHING – projects (update): removal of the location from the list of projects.
COACHING – sessions (new): extension of the type of sessions with business coaching.
CRM – journal messages (new): possibility to save both mail messages and letters in the communication.
INSURANCE – customer backlog (new): possibility to send reminders to customers with support of different templates depending on the backlog.
CRM – list of contacts (new): if it was indicated in the contact form that the email address is not valid, we will display the field in red in the list of contacts.
CRM – contacts (new): additional flag to indicate that the email address of the contact person is not valid.
INSURANCE – templates (new): additional template (3) for arrears of outstanding premium payments.
INVENTORY – article sheet (new): additional tab in the journal for linking images to articles.

PROJECT – dashboard (update): we no longer split the total amount of projects per month per team, we show a global total.

PLATFORM – mail templates (update): improved functionality of the use of images in the mail templates.
